Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Greensboro is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This review is only for the nurses that took (GREAT) care of me while I was admitted! 4West! I was just admitted for 2 weeks in room #1444 on 4 West! They were amazing! Leigh! Just freaking amazing all around! We're 3 days apart from being birthday twins! Her energy, aura, attitude, care, bedside personality, etc.. just all around amazing! She brings joy and light on your sad days and makes your good days even better! I love her she is the best! Kevin (super sweet, and caring, he brings so much joy when walks in your room and if it's not right he'll go above and beyond to make sure that it is! Freaking amazing!), Tracy (She's freaking hilarious, and just amazing at what she does, and cares so deeply! Omg Tracy is just the absolute best!), Jake (He's great! He doesn't talk too much but he is definitely thorough, he is not overbearing and bothersome, he works overnight so he does what he needs to do, makes sure you have everything you need and allows you to get rest! Such a blessing!) and Ms. Genevieve! (She is so knowledgeable, and quick at responding. If something doesn't sound right, or look right to her she dives deep into it until the unknown is known! Until your uneasy feeling

On April 9th around 9:00pm, I arrived at the Emergency Department via EMS with a fever, bloating, headache, fatigue, nausea and diarrhea. While with EMS, they gave me an extra strength Tylenol that helped bring my fever down. I waited an hour after arrival to be triaged. My IV was started and blood was drawn. I was sent back to the waiting room where I remained for over three hours. During this time, no fluids were administered, no medication was given, and I never received the legally mandated Medical Screening Exam (MSE). Per registration I was told I would need to wait as they were waiting for a provider to be assigned to me. I sat in the waiting room with the IV but no active treatment or provider conversation to me, is a significant lapse in care. I was extremely uncomfortable given my bloating and I truly wanted to lay down. I would have gladly taken a hall bed. I ultimately removed the IV on my own and left to manage my symptoms at home after it became clear that medical care wasnβt going to show up. I didnβt fuss, I didnβt argue, I remained poised and professional as I am a registration specialist myself with another healthcare system. The nurse that started my IV left a va

My mother in law received really compassionate care during her ER visit and subsequent hospital visit. Radiology folks, security staff, nurses, doctors palliative, and support staff were all so kind and helpful. I love the size of the hospital. Oh and the cafeteria folks, too. We were there for awhile. I was really grateful. They also recommended the silver gate solutions which we needed for home care and they were with us until my mother in law passed. My parents come here for my dads care too and I could easily drop down to visit them while caring for my mother in law. All of that work made our crisis manageable. I pray for y'all every time I drive by now because you are doing such holy and important work!

Came here to the emergency room in January 2024 because I was sick and throwing up. They did scans and said I was fine. Their misdiagnosis almost cost me my life because I went to Atrium Health Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem and they did the same scans and told me I had a large tumor on my pancreas and had emergency surgery November 2024. It's Christmas Eve 2024 and I feel so much better and almost back to my normal self. Moses Cone has the nerve to turn me in to a bill collector even though I was paying my bill every month as much as I can. I've talked to an attorney about a malpractice lawsuit and will be moving forward in 2025. Cone Health's care has drastically declined since the consolidations they've made. I'm a lifelong resident of Greensboro and was born at Wesley Long and have had 5 surgeries in the past at Cone Health. I can definitely notice a more concentrated focus on profits than on patients care unfortunately. It's a shame I have to travel to Winston Salem for my healthcare needs. The Cone health CT scan report said my pancreas and gall bladder were normal and the Atrium Health CT scan report said my gall bladder were full of stones and my pancreas had a life thre
